The chicken wings in my freezer has been staring at me for a few days now. It’s time to bake me some wings! Yehhhaaawww!
I mixed a batch of my homemade gluten free breading. Rice flour, baking powder, salt and pepper.
Dipped the chicken wings in them and placed them on a cupcake cooling rack. I learned the durrtteyy way that it is better to bake them on this with an aluminum foil instead of baking them straight on the cookie sheet. Makes clean up soo much faster!
Heated my mashed potato on the stove. Leftover from the batch I made a few days ago. Potatoes, butter, salt and pepper.
Poured some of this goodness on a pan to heat it up.
Dipped my baked chicken wings on the heated KC Masterpiece barbeque sauce. Voila! Dinner is served…
