I like things to happen all at the same time in the kitchen so that when I serve my husband his dinner, everything is hot and fresh off the stove or the oven. So having an oven with just 1 rack is just not right. I’ve searched online and unfortunately, I still haven’t found a store here in Malaysia that sells the right size oven rack.
I present to you: (drum roll please) my life hack on being able to bake 2 rows in my oven at the same time!
Placed my loaf pans on both sides. Smart eh?
